Collaboration with Apollonia : Vivacity
Biography:
The artist Azara San studied the art history in the university of Tours, when she focuses on the modern architecture.
In 1992 her encounter with documentary cinema and the performing arts made a lasting impression on her. She then moves away from realistic figuration to experiment a painting in relation to space and time.
In 2002, she directs her research towards the plastic support and invents the PILUX which she develops in installations. She approaches painting through a scenography of transparency and movement.
In 2008, she joined the LeBled collective which founded the Ateliers de la Morinerie in Saint Pierre des Corps, an artists’ nursery in an industrial wasteland.
