La chanteuse albanaise Shkurte Fejza arrêtée en 1986 réalise des chansons traditionnelles qui ont été interdites et qui combinent des éléments albanais et de la musique populaire. Dans « Hey You », habillée en costume traditionnel albanais, elle chante un Lamento, une lettre de plainte, qu’elle adresse à l’Europe. L’Albanie, représentée et personnifiée par la chanteuse Shukurte Fejza, organise à partir de la position de l’oubli ses questions et ses plaintes à l’Europe, rappelées par les co-responsables de l’histoire des entreprises en Europe et par l’exode de nombreux Albanais: ignorant tant la stratégie de l’ouest par rapport à la différence des positions de départ, que le déplacement de son propre co-responsables des entreprises.
