Europ’art is a European program of contemporary arts that answers very straightforwardly the question that was asked in 2004 by apollonia, the itinerary forum and the arts section of Marc Bloch University of Strasbourg – the three structures that had signed the “initiative of Strasbourg for a Europe of art and culture”: is it possible to base Europe onto other values than those of market, of concurrence, of power struggle, of defence and of war?
