Photographer and film critic, Andrii Nedzelnytskyi was born on February 28, 1981, in Kyiv.
He graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute as an electrical engineer. He took courses at the Ukrainian Institute of Television and Radio as a journalist-photographer. He is a member of the Kyiv photo club Ikar and the National Union of Photographers of Ukraine. He participates in group exhibitions and has received several awards and prizes.
