Iron Heroes is a series of photographs taken by Frantisek Zvardon in 2014 and 2015 in the steel mills of Třinec (Třinecké železárny), the heart of the urban development of this Czech city.
During the second part of the event, there was a screening of the film Inferno (45 min), directed by F. Zvardon and associated with the work of the composer Yann Robin created for the opening concert of the Musica 2015 Festival (Friday, September 19th), in the Apollonia Venue.
During the opening night, artistic intervention of Yves de Williencourt with his group of readers.
Iron Heroes is the first event of e.city – Prague, an event conducted within Artecitya project and supported by the Creative Europe program of the European Union. Artecitya’s target is to reposition the questioning of the impact and the role of contemporary artistic creation in the process of transformation and development of our European cities.
